The Prize Draw is open to Sands Ribbon Run participants aged 18 and over (or those below 18 participating with parental consent), who have responded to the feedback survey before Friday 16 January 2026.

Anyone who responds to the survey after this date will not be entered.

The free prize draw will take place on Monday 19th January 2026 and the winner will be notified by telephone, email or via Facebook messenger on the above date.

There will be one winners who will be randomly selected from those eligible. The winner will receive a £40 shopping voucher. 

Once we know the winner, we will get the prize sent out within 5 working days.

The draw will be performed by using a random computer selection process.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or another prize.

If the winner does not respond to our telephone/email/Facebook communication within 1 week of the date of the daw, the winner’s prize will be forfeited.

Employees of Sands may not enter the Prize Draw.

We only accept one entry to the Prize Draw competition.

All Prize Draws will be done according to English law and fundraising laws and regulations.
