Please note all mandatory fields are marked with * and we do need this information before you're order will be processed.

Wherever possible please refer to the Sands Shop for products titles and appropriate quanitites.  

We will endeavour to add your order to the system as soon as possible after receipt and no later than the next Thursday.  Orders will normally be despatched within 7-10 working days.

If there are any difficulties fulfilling your requirements or anything needs clarifying you will be contacted as soon as possible.  Wherever possible please order Memory Boxes, Hand and Foot Print Kits, Forever in our Thoughts Memory Booklets and Bereavement Support Packs in denominations of 6.

As soon as the order has been placed onto the system you will receive a confirmation email to the contact email provided below.  If you do not receive this communication within 48-72 hours please call 020 3031 8898
