Please complete the following form to place an order for items for you, a member of your team or Department.

Please note all mandatory fields are marked with * and we do need this information before you're order will be processed.

We will endeavour to add your order to the system as soon as possible after receipt and no later than the next Thursday.  Please allow around 7-10 working days for despatch.  Should you require items for a training or conference on or by a specific date, please clearly state this on the form.  Please allow as much notice as possible.  If there is less than 2 weeks notice please ensure that you contact Julie direct as well to book this in.

If there are any difficulties fulfilling your requirements or anything needs clarifying you will be contacted as soon as possible.  

As soon as the order has been placed onto the system you will receive a confirmation email to the contact email provided below.  If you do not receive this communication within 48-72 hours please call Julie
