Eligibility: The fundraising incentives are open to all registered participants of Ribbon Run 2025, aged 18 or over who reach the relevant fundraising milestones as detailed below:

You are eligible for a pair of pink and blue shoe laces to be sent to you, inside your T-shirt pack if you receive a donation onto your fundraising page within 24 hours of signing up to Ribbon Run. 

You are eligible for a pair of lace tags reading 'Always loved never forgotten' on one and the Sands logo on the second if you raise £125 by 21 September 2025. These will be sent to you 1st class post in time for your Ribbon Run on Saturday 11 October 2025. 

You are eligible for a Ribbon Run medal if you raise £175 by 31st October 2025 and you are taking part in a virtual Ribbon Run event. All those attending Ribbon Run in Manchester will receive a medal as it is included in their ticket price. 

Employees of Sands are not eligible to take part.

Delivery: 

Pink and blue laces, if you are eligible as per the above eligibility criteria, will be included in your Ribbon Run t-shirt pack. 

Lace tags, if you are eligible as per the above eligibility criteria, will be sent to you in the post from 22 September 2025. 

Medals, if you are eligible as per the above eligibility criteria, will be sent to you in the post from 1 November 2025. 

General Terms: Sands reserves the right to amend or withdraw this fundraising incentive scheme at any time without prior notice. Any decisions made by Sands regarding eligibility or disputes will be final.
