Sponsorship Target

Avengers Assemble….. And Batman, and Superman and even Danger Mouse. Sunday 13th May 2018 will see up to 1,000 heroes (people) take part raising funds and you can be there to. Whether you’ve always wanted to be Ironman or see yourself as Spiderman. With the Superhero run, you can have fun, raise money and take part in an event which is perfect for all abilities.

The 5km and 10km Superhero’s Run are set in one of London’s biggest parks, just a few miles from the centre of London. The spirit of the event is 'taking part' not 'winning' so you can run, jog or walk - you decide!  A perfect event to do on your own, with friends, colleagues or family. Anyone over the age of 8 years old may take part although children under the age of 16 will require parental consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Registration of this event includes a Superhero costume! (But you can bring your own, all superheroes are welcome including the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)

To join Team Sands 2018 and sign up all we ask is that that each person taking one of our charity places pledges to raise a minimum of £100.

By taking to Regent’s Park, you’ll raise much needed funds for Sands and in return will recieve:

  • A fundraising pack
  • Free superhero costume
  • Sand t-shirt and running vest
  • Fundraising advice from our team to help you achieve your target.
  • Friday Shout-Out and Sands' Cheer Sticks
  • A mini-superhero run
  • Facebook event page
  • Super hero run medal

Through becoming a superhero just for one day, you will be raising much needed money to help us prevent more babies from dying and meet the growing need for our support services
