Sands provides a safe, understanding and caring community that helps every bereaved parent and family touched by pregnancy or baby loss to grow around their grief and find support that is right for them. We exist so that no one has to face this devastation alone.

Our Winter Appeal has been inspired by the experiences of Sands volunteers, supporters, helpline users and many others who have kindly shared with us over the years. If you haven't seen it yet, you can watch our new film which shows the profound impact pregnancy and baby loss can have and why it's so important that support is available.

We'd like to introduce you to Alex, Caroline, Pooja and Sabina who we are especially grateful to for sharing their stories and how they have learned to navigate their grief with the support they have received.

Every story matters. Every baby matters.
