Rich, from Cheltenham, is running the Great North Run this Sunday. Here is his story and why he is running for Sands. 



My Partner and I lost our Baby Chloe at 25 weeks, and Sands were there for us and our family after, and I want to help Sands to help other families

 

What has been your biggest challenge while training? 



Keeping fitness up throughout the year, trying to avoid injuries

What are you most looking forward to about being part of the Great North Run? 



The atmosphere and support from other runners

What is your expected fundraising target? 



£500 though my Challenges this year #GNR is Half Marathon no. 2 of 4 in 7 weeks

What is your expected finishing time?
