On the 20th December 2018 I went for my 20 week scan happy to see my princess again after many miscarriages.

After one health pregnancy my other daughter and I were so excited to only have my world turned upside down.

As I lay there, they told me that she had spinal bifida and other medical conditions. She was called back in two days later for another scan with a consultant. I was then left to make the hardest decision of my life.

And so on the 30/12/18 I gave birth to her at 6:32pm. At 10oz she was perfect my beautiful baby girl. I just wish there was something that could check for this sooner. I could feel her kicking and moving inside me everyday and now feel like can’t go on to have anymore children.

I couldn’t bear finding this out again so far into my pregnancy. I wish I had her back with me feeling those tiny kicks again xx
