Take on this iconic Ultra Challenge at whatever pace suits you all whilst fundraising for charity and making a real difference.
 

Start by heading over Putney Bridge onto the south side of the River Thames and the iconic towpath. Head upstream through Richmond, by Hampton Court, and out to Runnymede and Windsor. There is wonderful scenery on route as the city turns to countryside, all along a flat and fast path.
 

Join as an individual or as a team and get ready to experience full support every step of the way. Regular Rest Stops packed with food & drink, hot meals, fully marked routes, massage & medical care, marshals on course and walking the route with you, and of course an unbeatable community.

There’s a range of camping options & transfers available for all Challengers so you can plan your
whole weekend smoothly.

Minimum sponsorship target from: £100 - £375

Charity Sponsorship - Pay a small registration fee, but raise more so that Sands can cover the cost of your event place. Sands is an Associate partner so you get 25% off registration fee.

Mixed Funding - Pay more of a registration fee, but raise less of a sponsorship target so that Sands can cover the rest of the cost of your event place.

Own Place - Pay for your event place upfront, but you do not have a set minimum sponsorship target, you can raise what you want for Sands.

Charity Fundraising entries will need to raise at least 50% of their minimum sponsorship target 4 weeks before the Thames Path Challenge goes ahead, to secure their entry.

Sands want to ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of time.  We want to campaign for change and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the pain of losing a baby.
