Walk, jog or run it! 

Take on the Kent Downs 50 Ultra Challenge and get ready for a spectacular end of season event in the ‘Garden of England’. Join over 1,500 Challengers walking, jogging, and running across the Kent Downs, whilst fundraising for charity and making a real difference. 

Head out from basecamp near Maidstone on an anticlockwise journey across the North Downs Way. Walk, jog, or run past Blue Bell Hill, then follow the River Medway to Mote Park at the halfway mark fora rest & relax with a picnic. It’s then along the Len Valley Walk to the majestic Leeds Castle, and back on the North Downs Way back to the showground finish line. Join as an individual or as a team and get ready to experience full support every step of the way. 

Regular Rest Stops packed with food & drink, hot meals, fully marked routes, massage & medical are, marshals on course and walking the route with you, and of course an unbeatable community. There are even camping & transfer options available so you can plan your whole weekend smoothly.

Sands is an Associate Partner to Ultra Challenge Series events, which means anyone who signs up as a Charity Fundraising entry will get 25% off registration fee.

Reg fees: £10 - £139

Minimum sponsorship target from: £70 - £375

Charity Fundraising - Pay a small registration fee, but raise more so that Sands can cover the cost of your event place. Sands is an Associate partner so you get 25% off registration fee.

Own Place - Pay for your event place upfront, but you do not have a set minimum sponsorship target, you can raise what you want for Sands.

Charity Fundraising will need to raise at least 50% of their minimum sponsorship target 4 weeks before the Kent 50 Challenge to secure their entries.

As part of Team Sands you'll receive

• Supportive team emails to help you reach your fundraising goals.

• Once in a lifetime experience which will help save babies' lives and support anyone affected by the death of a baby. 

The difference you will make..

Sands want to ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of time.  We want to campaign for change and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the pain of losing a baby.

We all know someone who has lost a baby. So please join Team Sands and help us continue to be there for them.
