Take on the world famous TCS London Marathon with Sands
The TCS London Marathon is a once in a lifetime opportunity. You can complete a truly awesome challenge whilst raising funds and awareness for a charity close to your heart. As part of Team Sands you will not only get to train for the 26.2 mile distance with our training support, but you'll be part of a team who are all joining Sands for the same reason. Every year we have a wonderful community of runners and we would love for you to be part of it.
You can sign up in one of two ways. Either apply for a charity place and commit to raise a minimum amount for Sands. Or you can use your own place from TCS London Marathon ballot and fundraise what you can for Sands.

TCS London Marathon 2027 will be a one off double marathon! If you are one of the lucky runners to get a ballot place on either Saturday 24 April 2027 or Sunday 25 April 2027 join Team Sands by registering your fundraising for one of the race days you were selected for. By running and raising money for Sands you will be supporting anyone affected by baby loss.
Please do not register your fundraising if you did not secure a ballot place with TCS London Marathon, as this is not an application for a charity place with Sands. Thank you

- Once-in-a-lifetime experience which will help save babies’ lives and support anyone affected by the death of a baby.
The difference you will make
Sands want to ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of time. We want to campaign for change and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the pain of losing a baby.
We all know someone who has lost a baby. So join Team Sands and help us continue to be there for them.

Join our Sands Cheer Squad
Join the official Team Sands Cheer Squad in Central London to cheer on our incredible London Marathon runners.
Come along for a few hours to cheer on our runners from 10:00am until 5:00pm on race day. Sands will be located in Central London.
