Sands is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Engagement Manager to lead on the development and implementation of our integrated supporter engagement plans involving communications, fundraising and campaigns.
This is a high-profile and rewarding role which will involve leading our Communications Team, ensuring that all communication channels are co-ordinated and optimised. You be responsible for developing engagement campaigns across the organisation to strengthen supporter relationships and increase awareness of the services which Sands provides, and driving the development of effective supporter journeys that inform, inspire and motivate.
