Please be aware Samantha has chosen to share a picture of her and her daughter Sofia with her story.

We took photos as a family and spent precious time together. When Christopher and I went home, Sands continued to be there for us, and I was supported by the Sands helpline. I also made friends in the Sands Facebook group, and I chat to them about Sofia, which I love. She makes me proud everyday and everyday that passes I miss her dearly.

I've also taken part in the Sands’ Jog 50 Miles in March challenge as I wanted to give something back to Sands for what they have done for me and to make my Sofia proud of me. 

I can’t thank Sands enough for what they have done for my family.
