Thank you to our amazing Sands Champions for Baby Loss Awareness Week 2025

We know that by supporting Baby Loss Awareness Week at Ricoh, we are helping our colleagues to remove the stigma around talking about baby loss and encouraging those who may experience this to reach out to our Fertility and Baby Loss network, so that we can provide signposting and support. This supports our overall Thriving at Work wellbeing focus, sharing stories and letting people know that their wellbeing is a priority for us. Ricoh UK

We are proud to stand with Sands and join the growing community of workplaces supporting Baby Loss Awareness Week, helping to break the silence and show our support for bereaved colleagues and families. This is a vital step towards creating compassionate work environments where people feel seen, heard and supported. Balfour Beatty

Baby loss touches lives in ways we often don’t see. Many carry these experiences quietly, and we may never fully know how deeply it affects those around us. By creating a Baby Loss Awareness Tree at Newport CTSC, we hope to offer a gentle, inclusive space where staff can reflect, remember, and feel supported—if and when they’re ready. This initiative is a small but meaningful step towards fostering openness, compassion, and connection in our workplace. Newport CTSC

At Peppy, we’re proud to support Baby Loss Awareness Week. It’s a chance to continue to break the silence, honour the babies who are no longer with us and stand alongside parents and families with compassion, understanding, and hope. Peppy Health

At South London supporting families is at the heart of everything we do.  As a team we fully support Sands and the amazing work they do especially during baby loss awareness week. South London Crematorium & Streatham Park Cemetery

This cause is important to us, as we are proud supporters of Gina Jacobs' missing babies campaign. Which seeks to support families to find the resting places of their babies born before the 1980's. Because of this campaign, we now want to be able to support everyone who experiences stillbirth and neonatal death in the best way possible. Gateacre Chapel

Why I’m a Baby Loss Awareness Week Champion                                                           Nearly three years ago, my sister and her husband experienced the heartbreaking loss of their baby girl, Myah. It was a moment that changed everything - not just for them, but for our entire family. It was a shared pain, but also a shared love for a little girl who would always be part of our lives.                                                               In the midst of that grief, I felt a deep need to do something meaningful - not just for my family, but for others who might be silently struggling. That’s why I took on the challenge of bringing Sands into the corporate space. I wanted to create visibility, to let people know that support is out there, and to make sure that conversations around baby loss weren’t hidden or avoided.                                           Grief doesn’t follow a schedule. It shows up unexpectedly, in quiet moments and loud ones. Being a Baby Loss Awareness Week Champion has given me a way to support my sister continuously, not just during anniversaries or milestones, but in the everyday. It’s helped me channel my love and pain into something that raises awareness, builds community, and offers comfort to others walking a similar path.   My sister and her husband are incredibly strong, and I’m endlessly proud of them. I truly believe Myah would be proud of all of us- for speaking up, for supporting each other, and for turning our loss into a legacy of compassion and connection. Molly Euden, Insight UK Uxbridge
