When Michael Fragnito's son Elio was born he felt 'on top of the world'.  His baby boy was born without any complications and appeared to be healthy, but 36 hours later everything changed.

Elio had collapsed while still in hospital and, after being rushed to Great Ormond Street Hospital, it was discovered that he had a heart defect. Elio sadly died at five weeks old in August.  Continue reading
