A guaranteed right to bereavement leave and pay for parents who lose a child is expected to come into force in April 2020, according to ministers. 

The Government commitment came as the Parental Bereavement (Leave and Pay) Bill cleared its final parliamentary hurdle in the House of Lords. Continue reading
