Chloe Ratan joined Sands' Nominations Committee in 2023.

She believes that pregnancy and maternity care should be safe for everyone.

Chloe wants to use the recruitment skills that she gained in the Civil Service to find trustees who will continue to ensure that Sands is leading the charge in preventing baby loss.

She has a long-standing admiration for Sands’ work supporting bereaved families.
