The team members of Sands United Stockport FC have made a powerful and moving film tribute to all the players and their families' or friends' babies who died before, during or shortly after birth.

Called 'We Are The Club' the film shows the players and their families spending precious moments together and the many ways they remember every day the little lives they have lost.

Sands United Stockport FC is a team of men that have either lost babies or been affected by pregnancy and baby loss; dads, uncles, brothers and friends.

The film was made by one of their players, Daniel Kenyon to shine a light on who they are and what they stand for.

Sands United FC is a unique way for dads and other bereaved family members to come together through a shared love of sport and find a support network where they can feel at ease talking about their grief when they're ready.

The teams also commemorate their babies' all too brief lives by proudly displaying their names on the kit worn for every match.
