Sands' Northern Ireland Network Coordinator, Steven Guy, recently met with Jo-Anne Dobson, a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), about the work of Sands. She has called for improved bereavement care for those affected by the death of a baby and has tabled a motion for debate at the Assembly calling on the Health Minister to recognise the work of Sands in conducting research to reduce the number of baby deaths.
