Sands has been working closely with EastEnders on a storyline that will see character Shabnam Masood's baby stillborn. Scenes airing next week will see Shabnam delivered the devastating news after she goes to hospital following concerns that she can no longer feel the baby moving.
Rakhee Thakrar, who plays Shabnam, talks about the impact it will have on her character's relationship with her on-screen partner Kush, how she found filming the challenging storyline and what she hopes it will achieve.
