My Son Rory was stillborn in January 2013 at 31 weeks. I’m running for Sands to raise awareness and hopefully enable fellow men to speak out about their feelings.

I ran my 20 miles recently and physically and mentally struggled. However I can’t wait to experience the atmosphere and hopefully meet some fellow sands runners and possibly a cheeky TV spot!

I'm hoping to raise over £1000 and break the 4 hours 45 minutes mark
