We have had considerable success in our campaigns over recent years, but there is still so much more that needs to be done. 

Our Why17? campaign was launched in 2008 to put the issues surrounding baby loss on the political agenda, to initiate a public debate about stillbirth and neonatal death, and to work with key parties to develop a national strategy to reduce the rates of baby loss.  

We are working closely with each of the four devolved governments in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to develop ongoing initiatives focused on stillbirth prevention.
