Take part in the Vitality London 10000. A city-centre race with a similar route to the Olympic marathon!
The London 10,000 starts and finishes in St James’s Park and uses Green Park as its assembly area.
The race starts on The Mall and finishes on Spur Road opposite Buckingham Palace. Runners follow a clockwise route around the City of Westminster and the City of London. It passes many of London’s famous sights including Admiralty Arch, Nelson’s Column, St Paul’s Cathedral, Mansion House, the Bank of England, the Old Bailey, Somerset House, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.
To join Team Sands 2016* and sign up all we ask is that that each person taking one of our charity places pledges to raise a minimum of £200, which we hope you will find to be achievable (after all it’s not every day that you run 10k)!
*Please note, places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
