Everyone calls me Clo as my first name Clowance is a little unusual (it is from Poldark)

I grew up in Ilford East London but now live on Canvey Island.

I am raising money for Sands in memory of Bradley and Jaxon.

Bradley is my husband Simon's son with his previous partner who was born asleep in February 2005.

Jaxon is my friend Emma from work's son who was born asleep in January 2019.

My biggest challenge has been the guilt when going for a long run during school holidays. Also when I went for a long run in January it was - 6 degrees. I didn't give credit for how much the cold zaps you.

I am most looking forward to seeing my husband and daughter and how proud they will be when I complete the marathon. Also running down the mall to the finishing line I can't wait for.

I have a £1000 target between 2 charities. Half to Sands half to my other charity. I am less than £100 from hitting the target and that doesn't include gift aid.

I am hoping complete the marathon in round about 4 hours. Under is possible but will depend on congestion on the course, weather and injuries.
